Adverse weather conditions, Budget party hire reserves the right to cancel any bookings with less than 24hr notice if there are any storm weather warnings in place in the area. if any amber or red storm weather warning are in place then bookings will most certainly be cancelled.
If at any point the marquee becomes unstable the marquee should not be used and budget party hire Ltd is to be informed immediately.
Strictly no smoking, bbq’s, live flames or fireworks inside or near the marquee.
No Chewing gum inside the marquee, you will be charged £20 if chewing gum is found on any part of our carpets.
Dog mess in the marquee, you will be charged £20 if any dog mess is found in the marquee or on it.
Sick in the marquee, It will be down to the hirer to clean up and sick in the marquee before our team arrive to collect the marquee.
Hirer must clean the carpet after use, if not a £20 charge will incur.
Heating and cooking equipment must be placed at least 4 feet away from the marquee panels and not left unattended when in use.
It is the hirer’s responsibility to provide us with the location of any underground services (gas, water, electricity etc) that could be damaged by marquee fixing spikes. The hirer will be responsible for any costs associated with the repair to unmarked/unidentified services and associated costs relating to their interruption resulting from not being identified to the company.
Grass should be cut prior to the day marquee is to be erected.
Staining materials, decorations such as colored tissue paper, party poppers, confetti, or straw bails are not permitted as these items can leave permanent stains on the marquee’s canvas.
spraying of champagne on the canvas and other components is prohibited as it can cause permanent stains, leading to the hirer being charged for the replacement of damaged parts
